In these uncertain times, we understand that coronavirus is a concern for all our customers.
Strut Channels Direct is currently operating on a "business as usual" approach, and wanted to personally assure you that we are doing everything possible to ensure that this remains to be the case as long as possible by working closely with our stock suppliers, couriers and delivery drivers.
In-line with the governments advice and guidelines regarding social distancing, all collections from our premises will be performed by observing a no contact policy. When you arrive at our premises we will leave your order outside ready for you to pick up.
As a result of the Coronavirus crisis, we are seeing unprecedented demand on the delivery network.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery before contacting us.
When will my order be dispatched? A COVID-19 Update
We want you to be extremely satisfied with our service so providing you with fast and efficient delivery is very important to us. That being said, during the current coronavirus pandemic, it's crucial we ensure that our staff, customers and suppliers are safe during this time.
Due to the increased demand from high numbers now being forced to work from home and the logistical challenges the UK is currently facing, we're constantly reviewing or delivery timescales.
To ensure we meet our customer's expectations by offering the best possible delivery service, we utilise the services of specialist carriers, again at no extra cost to you. We are in constant communication with our couriers so that we're continuing to get your products out to you.
When will my order arrive?
Getting your order to you in the quickest time possible is extremely important to us and we use Hermes for the majority of orders placed. For larger parcels, we may opt to dispatch via courier to ensure you receive the best possible delivery experience.
If your delivery service is 'Standard', in most cases your item(s) will arrive between 3-5 working days. However, please allow up to 7 days before contacting us about an item you are yet to receive.
In the unlikely event that an item you have requested is out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date.
Our couriers – DX and Hermes, have their own contingency plans and policies in place to ensure that their services can continue in a manner that is safe for both their staff and those receiving the parcels.
You can find their statements on Coronavirus, or contact them on their websites here: DX
Our sales team are working as normal and are available by phone, email
or through the form on our Contact Us
We are in daily contact with our suppliers, many of whom already have their own contingency plans and policies in place to ensure business continuity for as long as possible. Should any supply chain issues arise, we will update this page and inform any affected customers as soon as possible.
We will continue to monitor the developing situation and will update this page accordingly.
We would like to thank you for the continued support of our business, and would like to wish you and your families the best of health.
